It will follow the Lab format — named scenario, verdict, visible workflow, cost, failure modes, 30-day test — and it will start with the unglamorous part most agencies skip: getting the inputs consistent. An AI report is only as good as the numbers it’s handed, and the fix for inconsistent inputs is usually a template and a fifteen-minute ritual, not a subscription.
That’s the “do this for $0 first” that this whole site is built on. The AI comes second.
